About Me

When my son was diagnosed with autism, I felt completely lost. Questions flooded my mind, from "why is this happening?" to "what can I do to help him?" I dove into books about autism, therapies, and personal stories, but it never occurred to me to check out educational resources.

Once he started school, I stumbled upon the IEP process. I was clueless about it, the available resources, and our rights. I remember walking into my first IEP meeting, surrounded by people from the school district, and feeling intimidated. They were dictating what was best for my child, and I just sat there, listening.

As the years passed, I learned more and more. I started helping friends and families with the resources I had discovered, and one day it hit me—I could do more. The memory of that first IEP meeting inspired me to become an IEP Coach.

My goal is to make sure you never feel as lost as I did. I want to ensure your voice is heard and that you get the help and support your child needs.
